Through different assignments I have been responsible for development of large scale production flows and quality management, including process descriptions, conduction of internal quality audits etc. Currently I am working full time as senior manager in COWI's map production. The assignments include staff management, support in managing development, as well as management of projects in orthophoto and photogrammetric mapping production. Project experience includes working as Production Manager on a major positional accuracy improvement project covering approximately 33% of UK for the Ordnance Survey GB. The initial project was completed successfully 1 year before planned and has been extended several times with additional work. Overall I have more than 10 years experience in project management, and have been managing a large number of different projects with clients in Denmark, UK, Ireland, USA and France. My experience includes practical work in data processing, editing and data capture. In addition, I have considerable international experience. I was stationed in India for more than 2 years where I provided expertise in production support in technical as well as management issues, training of new staff, production monitoring, planning etc. Development of training programs including accreditation tests has also been a significant part of my assignments, with training of operators in Poland, India and China.
